Kennedy Photography of Jacques Lowe
Read the legend of the Kennedy presidency, known by some as “Camelot,” through browsing a collection of more than 70 intimate photographs of the Kennedy family taken by Jacques Lowe from 1958 through John F. Kennedy’s early years in the White House.
At 4:30p.m., Kennesaw State University Professor of History Randall Patton will guide a gallery walk of the exhibition, providing context for the images and answering questions. At 7:00p.m. in the Bergman Theatre, Dr. Patton will discuss the Kennedy administration, connecting history with the images of Jacques Lowe.
Creating Camelot: The Kennedy Photography of Jacques Lowe opens on April 15 and is on display through August 28, 2017 at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville.
