2 ounces Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon
½ ounce Sugar in the Raw syrup (Turbinado sugar, equal parts sugar to water)
3 blackberries
2 sprigs of sage

Muddle two blackberries with one sprig of sage in sugar syrup, then add Four Roses Small Batch, fill the vessel with crushed ice, stir and garnish with one sprig of sage and blackberry.
